The Idea
The simple premise of Bondi Bands is to offer comfy, colorful, and creative headbands to fit every lifestyle and personality.

Our Charity
We are a simple company with a dedication and belief in our product. Our philosophy is to make a great product at a great price and to build relationships one at a time. And as much as we believe in making a tidy profit we also believe in giving back. Each year we donate 10% of our pretax profits to charity. For 2011 we have chosen the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) is a Comprehensive Cancer Center designated by the National Cancer Institute. It is a major affiliate of Harvard Medical School and is located in Boston, Massachusetts.

The origins of DFCI date back to 1947. DFCI employs about 3,000 people. Most importantly, there are more than 150,000 patient visits a year, and it is involved in some 200 clinical trials. It is internationally known for its research and clinical excellence.

We figured if we were going to give away some money, this should be where it goes.

Bondi bands are a comfy, colorful and creative way to hold your hair back whether you’re riding in a convertible, rushing out the door to get your kids, or getting some exercise.  Bondi Bands are an easy fix for your hair.  Check out our wicking fabric bands; they will absorb and evaporate buckets of sweat.

My Experience:

One of my main complaints since I have been exercising is my hair. It’s all over  the place and always in my face.  I’m not sure if the answer is chopping it all off so I needed to find a cool way to hold it all back. I was super excited when I discovered Bondi Band. They have the coolest headbands in just about any color and pattern you can think of.  I tried out the one you see above and I love it. I wear it just about every day.  What I like about it is that it’s stylish and I can still run to the store if I have to or to the post office without worrying about my hair.  I like the width of it because my hair is particularly thick and a lot of headbands will not hold it back.  If you prefer a thinner look you can easily fold this under. The best part about this is that it stays in place. Once I put it on I do not have to worry about it slipping and sliding all over.  I have always liked the idea of head bands but can never find one that I actually like. The cloth ones never hold my hair and slip all over the place. The plastic ones are either not tight enough or they are so tight I feel like my brains are gonna come oozing out of my ears. The other problem that I usually have is that I wear contacts so half the time I have glasses on and headbands were not made for people that wear glasses. With Bondi Band Headbands I have no worried because they feel great on my head.  They don’t interfere with my glasses at all . Bondi Band carries sweat towels,  hats, ponytail hats, pigtail hats, neck gators, swim caps, and even have neckerchiefs for your doggy. They have something for everyone and with the huge variety, awesome affordable prices, and great customer service…you just gotta get one.
